A soul reading helps align you to your highest potential, provides a lens of clarity to what is occurring currently in your life and help facilitate vision for your brightest path moving forward. You may have specific questions regarding your life journey, or you may want to see what is in your energy field that Erika can help translate for you. Often Spirit Guides and Angels are present and accessible in this type of session. The goal in every session is to help you feel more aligned, spiritually uplifted and feeling positive and hopeful for your life in the present and future.

Spirit Connection

A Spirit connection, or mediumship reading is accessing a departed loved one whose soul still lives on across the veil, in the Spirit Realm. When our bodies perish on this Earth the soul continues living. Erika uses her ability to hear, see, speak and connect with your loved ones, who usually share clear evidence of their lives, healing messages and so much more. Every reading is different, as Erika cannot determine what Spirit desires to share until they show up for you in a session. However, this reading is designed to connect you to your loved ones in Spirit, and leave you feeling hopeful, healing and held. This is a special time to connect and rest in comfort in knowing that they are still here with you. Come with an open mind and heart.

Energy Transformation
Alignment, Intuition, Expansion
Energy Healing works on so many levels. Each one of us is an energetic being contained in a physical body. Over our lifetime, our experiences begin to shape how our energy field looks, operates and changes. In an Energy Transformation session Erika utilizes her intuitive ability to help recognize and bring awareness to your own energy. In doing this, an internal shift and new space is created, bringing healing to areas in your body and spiritual self that need nurturing and new perspective. This healing allows for continued expansion into your most aligned self. During these sessions your Spirit Team may join in the healing and often messages come into awareness to help facilitate growth and healing even after the session has completed.
Energy Transformation sessions are offered in person only.

Prayer requests are an offering of love and there is no fee.
All prayers are equally powerful and equally received by our Creator, but there is true power in the collective joining in prayer together. If you’d like Erika to add you to her list of prayers, please send a note by completing the form on her contact page.
Every week she updates her prayer list and will ask for guidance, blessing and healing for your special prayer needs. Prayer requests are an offering of love and there is no fee.
All prayer requests are infused in the highest love and reverence.

How to Prepare for a Reading
A message from Erika
I am so excited about our time together. For the highest possible experience for you, I'd love to offer a few suggestions for how you may best prepare for a reading. This will help you receive the most clear communication from me, as well as ensure that you can receive all of the messages without distraction. If we are meeting virtually please make sure that Zoom is working for you; and that you know how to turn the camera/video view on, as well as the sound off mute. It can be helpful to practice this ahead of time. It is also most helpful for both of us if you are in a quiet space, where we will not be interrupted.
A mediumship or psychic reading is unique to every person. Sometimes people feel emotional, or nervous before a reading. It can be a beautiful practice to take 5 - 20 minutes before the reading to take some slow breaths, calm your mind with music, or even take a short stroll outside. For mediumship readings, there can be a lot of anticipation and I feel that it is always beneficial to talk with your loved ones in Spirit and tell them that you are going to have a reading. Yes, you can ask them to come talk with you! And believe me, they want to. I think that leading up to a reading it can be lovely to light a candle, or just take a moment and state that you'd love to hear from them. You can even do this (days!) in advance.
When I prepare for our time together I sit in a meditative state before our reading. I light a candle and I ask for the highest and greatest good for you and the messages you receive. I love doing this work, and I take this time and dedicate it to only you. All you need to do is show up with an open heart and mind and we are ready.
